CLEO Jewellery Terms and Conditions

1. Introduction: By accessing and purchasing from CLEO Jewellery’s ecommerce website, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions.

2. Products: All our products are handmade with care using traditional handmade techniques. No machine production is used in any part of the products sold by CLEO Jewellery. Due to the nature of handmade items, slight variations may occur, making each piece unique. We strive to accurately represent our products through images and descriptions on the website.

3. Pricing and Payment: Prices are listed in GBP (British Pounds). We reserve the right to modify prices at any time without notice. Payment can be made through secure payment gateways. Orders will be processed upon payment confirmation. UK VAT is included in the price but please note, for orders outside of the United Kingdom, you may need to pay local taxes (which could hold your order up at your local post office). Please ensure you understand your local tax rules for buying abroad before making your purchase. CLEO Jewellery will not be liable for paying local taxes.

4. Order Confirmation: Upon placing an order, you will receive an email confirmation containing details of your order. This email serves as confirmation that we have received your order, not as confirmation of acceptance.

5. Acceptance of Orders: We reserve the right to accept or decline any order for any reason. Orders may be declined due to product unavailability, pricing errors, or suspicion of fraudulent activity.

6. Shipping: We currently only ship to addresses within the UK or the EU. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are provided during the checkout process. We are not responsible for delays or issues caused by third-party shipping carriers. Tracked delivery is available only when “tracked delivery” is selected as the shipping option. Note point 3 regarding local taxes which may hold up your order at your local post office until taxes have been paid.

7. Returns and Exchanges: We accept returns and exchanges which have been requested within 14 days of the delivery date. The item must be in its original condition and packaging.
